Honaker 52, Marion 24
MARION – Things didn’t go well for Marion from the get-go. Honaker rolled to a 52-24 victory in a scrimmage at the Hurricane House in the final tune-up for the beginning of the regular season.
Marion got off to a putrid start on Tuesday going almost 10 minutes at the beginning of the contest without scoring. When Carey Keene nailed a 3-pointer from the wing, the Tigers were up 18-0.
